1 deviled egg 

INGREDIENT LIST

 

Makes: 24 halves

 

1 ripe avocado

12 hardboiled eggs

1 tsp paprika

6 TBS dijon mustard 

Black pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • After eggs are boiled, cut each in half and scoop out yolk into mixing bowl.

  • Add avocado, paprika, mustard and pepper and begin mashing until smooth.

  • Scoop 1/2 TBS into each egg white half and sprinkle with a little more paprika. 

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate. Enjoy!
