1 deviled egg
Makes: 24 halves
1 ripe avocado
12 hardboiled eggs
1 tsp paprika
6 TBS dijon mustard
Black pepper to taste
After eggs are boiled, cut each in half and scoop out yolk into mixing bowl.
Add avocado, paprika, mustard and pepper and begin mashing until smooth.
Scoop 1/2 TBS into each egg white half and sprinkle with a little more paprika.
Serve immediately or refrigerate. Enjoy!
