1 fat & 1/2 carb serving
2 slices bacon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
8 cups fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped pecan pieces
2 tsp honey
3 tsp coconut oil
Place 1.5 tsp coconut in a skillet to melt. Add spinach and cook until wilted down.
After spinach is cooked, set aside and in the same pan add bacon. Allow bacon to cook for a bit, but not fully.
Add apple, pecans, cinnamon, honey and remaining coconut oil. Cook until bacon is fully done and apple is slightly browned.
Mix all ingredients together with spinach and enjoy!
