INGREDIENT LIST

Serves 2

2 regular size pork chops or 4 thin cut

1/2 Honeycrisp apple, peeled

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 small sweet onion

1/4 cup lite coconut milk

Salt/pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Season pork chops with a little salt and pepper and then either grill, saute, George Foreman or bake your pork chops. We used the George Foreman and they turned out great!

  • Peel your apple, and dice it and the onion. -Place apple, cinnamon and coconut milk in a blender or food processor

  • Blend until an applesauce consistency forms.

  • While blending, lightly grease a skillet and saute onion until translucent.

  • Once onion is done, add applesauce mixtures and cook until heated all the way through on medium low heat.

  • Allow to cook until pork chops are done.

  • Top pork chops with warm sauce and enjoy!
