1 protein serving
2 regular size pork chops or 4 thin cut
1/2 Honeycrisp apple, peeled
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 small sweet onion
1/4 cup lite coconut milk
Season pork chops with a little salt and pepper and then either grill, saute, George Foreman or bake your pork chops. We used the George Foreman and they turned out great!
Peel your apple, and dice it and the onion. -Place apple, cinnamon and coconut milk in a blender or food processor
Blend until an applesauce consistency forms.
While blending, lightly grease a skillet and saute onion until translucent.
Once onion is done, add applesauce mixtures and cook until heated all the way through on medium low heat.
Allow to cook until pork chops are done.
Top pork chops with warm sauce and enjoy!
