Per 1/4 Cup
1/2 carb & 1 fat serving
1/2 sweet apple, chopped and peeled (I used Honeycrisp)
1/3 cup cashews
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp honey
1/4 cup Kite Hill plain yogurt or plain yogurt (not Greek)
3 TBS water
In a blender or food procesor, blend cashews and 3 TBS water until thick consistency is formed.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve with fruit or pretzels for a healthy dip. Enjoy!
