12 oz. extra lean pork tenderloin
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 cups shredded green cabbage
Chop pork tenderloin in to large cubes. This will make it easier to ground.
Lightly spray a skillet and cook green onion and garlic together until green onion begins to wilt.
In a separate skillet, cook green cabbage until soft. If you want it a little crunchier, do not cook as long.
When green onion is ready, add in ground pork tenderloin and cumin. Cook until pork tenderloin is done all the way through.
Add cabbage and coconut aminos and evenly mix all together
Serve over veggie or rice of choice and enjoy!
