INGREDIENT LIST

12 oz. extra lean pork tenderloin

1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp ground cumin

1/4 cup coconut aminos

2 cups shredded green cabbage

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chop pork tenderloin in to large cubes. This will make it easier to ground.

  • Lightly spray a skillet and cook green onion and garlic together until green onion begins to wilt.

  • In a separate skillet, cook green cabbage until soft. If you want it a little crunchier, do not cook as long.

  • When green onion is ready, add in ground pork tenderloin and cumin. Cook until pork tenderloin is done all the way through.

  • Add cabbage and coconut aminos and evenly mix all together

  • Serve over veggie or rice of choice and enjoy!
