1 protein & 1/2 fat serving
1.5 lbs salmon
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 yellow onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 TBS almond flour
2 TBS coconut aminos
Ground salmon in blender or food processor.
Dice yellow onion and green onion. Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Make six patties and cook on greased skillet or grill.
*The patties are sticky, so make sure skillet or grill is non stick.
Cook until done all the way through. Enjoy!
