1.5 lbs salmon

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 yellow onion

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1 egg

2 TBS almond flour

2 TBS coconut aminos

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Ground salmon in blender or food processor.

  • Dice yellow onion and green onion. Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

  • Make six patties and cook on greased skillet or grill.
    *The patties are sticky, so make sure skillet or grill is non stick.

  • Cook until done all the way through. Enjoy!
