1/2 fat serving
8 medium brussel sprouts
1/2 TBS coconut or olive oil
Dash of sea salt
1 slice bacon, nitrate/sugar free
Set your oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut each brussel sprout in half vertically. Mix halves with oil and sea salt until well covered
Bake brussel sprouts for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Finish on broil for about 2-3 minutes
When brussel sprouts are finished, cut bacon slice into 8 bite size pieces and fully cook.
Once cooled, begin assembling. Start with one brussel half (flat side up) on the bottom of the toothpick, followed by a piece of bacon, then the craisin and finish with the other brussel half (flat side down) Enjoy!
