INGREDIENT LIST

1 cup nut butter of choice

1 banana

2 TBS Enjoy Life chocolate chips

3 eggs

Dash of sea salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set oven to 350 and light grease muffin pan. Since these are flourless, I would refrain from muffin liners.

  • In a mixing bowl, mash banana first and then add all ingredient except chocolate chips.

  • Mix well until all ingredients are smooth and thick batter is formed.

  • Add chocolate chips and mix one more time.

  • Place 3 TBS in each muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes.

  • Allow to cool and enjoy!
    *This can also make a dense banana bread too.
