Per 1 Muffin
1 fat & 1/2 carb serving
1 cup nut butter of choice
2 TBS Enjoy Life chocolate chips
Dash of sea salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Set oven to 350 and light grease muffin pan. Since these are flourless, I would refrain from muffin liners.
In a mixing bowl, mash banana first and then add all ingredient except chocolate chips.
Mix well until all ingredients are smooth and thick batter is formed.
Add chocolate chips and mix one more time.
Place 3 TBS in each muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
*This can also make a dense banana bread too.
