For biscuits

4 eggs

1/4 cup egg whites

1 TBS honey

1/4 cup water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup+2 TBS coconut flour


For gravy 

1/2 lbs 93% ground turkey

2 TBS full fat coconut milk

1/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp coconut flour

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp fennel seed

1/2 tsp thyme

Salt and pepper to taste



  • Set oven to 350 and grease baking sheet well.

  • In a large mixing bowl, add all biscuit ingredients, except water.

  • Mix until coconut flour is no longer clumpy. Add water and mix until thick batter is formed.

  • Form 9 small biscuits with 3 TBS batter per biscuit. Bake for 15-20 minutes. *Coconut flour dries out very easily, so don't overcook.

  • While biscuits are cooking, make gravy by browning turkey meat first.

  • Add fennel, thyme and garlic when turkey is nearly completely cooked.

  • When turkey is done, do not drain liquid, this adds to the flavor! Add coconut milk, almond milk, salt and pepper.

  • Stir until sauce begins to reduce slightly. This is very meat heavy gravy, so if you want more liquid, double coconut and almond milk amounts.

  • Set to the side and allow cooling.

  • Remove biscuits when complete and allow cooling. Top with gravy and enjoy!
