BLT STUFFED SIRLOIN
1 protein & 1 fat serving
1 lbs top sirloin
2 slices bacon
1/4 cup avocado oil mayo
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 tomato, diced
Salt & pepper
Begin by butterflying steaks and lightly tenderizing. This will make them easier to fold over once filling is in.
Season both sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Chop bacon and cook until nearly done.
In a small mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, mayo and bacon bits. Mix well.
Evenly scoop mix into each steak and fold over to enclose BLT mixture.
Secure with a toothpick and grill to desired steak doneness. Enjoy!
