1/2 fat & 1/2 carb serving
1 1/2 cups butternut squash (spiralized is the tastiest)
2 TBS nutritional yeast
1 TBS butter or ghee
1/8 tsp paprika
Dash of sea salt
Heat butternut squash until al dente. You can either saute it, boil it or microwave it for 40 seconds.
Note: it does not take long to become soft like pasta. -While cooking, melt butter or ghee.
Once butternut squash is finished, drain liquid if there is any.
Pour in butter and nutritional yeast and stir well until a creamy cheese is made and nutritional yeast is no longer dry/crumbly.
Add salt and paprika and mix one more time. Enjoy!
