2 lbs shrimp

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cayenne

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 tsp minced garlic

3 bell peppers

1.5 large zucchini

2 TBS olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oven to 350 and lightly grease large baking sheet.

  • Cut zucchini into half moon slices and peppers into fajita like strips.

  • Mix all ingredients together well and spread out on baking sheet.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.
