3/4 cup serving

1 lbs 95% lean beef
2 tsp minced garlic
3/4 cup diced zucchini
1/4 large yellow onion, diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 TBS olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 TBS tomato paste
1/2 cup 33% less sodium chicken broth
Start by heating olive oil in large skillet on high to medium-high.
Place zucchini, minced garlic and onion in the pan and cook until onion is caramelized.
Add ground beef and cook until lightly brown.
Once beef is done cooking, add basil, garlic powder, tomato sauce/paste and chicken broth.
Stir well on medium high and then reduce heat to low. Cover and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
