1/2 carb serving
1/3 cup coconut flour
3 TBS egg whites
1/2 cup baby carrots
2 TBS honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Dash of sea salt
2 TBS vanilla protein powder
Set oven to 350 and grease baking sheet well.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In a food processor or blender, make carrot paste by first blending carrots until finely chopped.
From there, add egg whites and blend until smooth paste is formed.
Add paste to dry ingredients.
Add full eggs and honey and mix until a cookie dough like batter is formed.
Make 12 ping pong size balls out of the batter and bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool and put on kabob sticks or fun colored straws!
