1 protein & 1/2 fat serving
1/2 lbs 95% lean beef
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
2 slices bacon
1/4 cup cheese or 2 slices FYH cheese
Set oven to 350 and lightly grease glass baking dish. I used a round one.
Begin by browning ground beef and draining once fully cooked.
Also, chop bacon and cook in skillet as well.
In a large mixing bowl, scramble up eggs and add all ingredients except cheese.
Pour into baking dish and cook for 40-45 minutes.
Once done, add cheese on top and stick back in oven until melted.
Add mustard or ketchup (lightly) and enjoy!
