INGREDIENT LIST

2 scoops chocolate protein powder (use scoop in protein)

1/2 cup almond flour/meal

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 banana

1/4 cup water

Dash of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set oven to 350 and line muffin pan with liners.

  • Mash banana and add to all remaining ingredients.

  • Mix until batter is smooth and well combined. If too thick, add slightly more water.

  • Put 3 TBS batter into each muffin tin.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  • Allow to cool before removing from liners.
    *Protein soaks up moisture, so pair with peanut butter, nut butter, honey or pure maple syrup and enjoy!
