1/2 carb & 1 protein serving
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (use scoop in protein)
1/2 cup almond flour/meal
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup water
Dash of sea salt
Set oven to 350 and line muffin pan with liners.
Mash banana and add to all remaining ingredients.
Mix until batter is smooth and well combined. If too thick, add slightly more water.
Put 3 TBS batter into each muffin tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing from liners.
*Protein soaks up moisture, so pair with peanut butter, nut butter, honey or pure maple syrup and enjoy!
