Per Heaping 1/3 Cup
1/2 carb & 1/2 fat serving
1 can lite coconut milk
2 TBS honey
2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1 TBS peanut butter
1/2-1 Cookie Dough Ace bar
In blender, combine all ingredients except Ace bar.
Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour into a freezer safe bowl (I did glass) and allow to start freezing. Mix around every hour to make sure it freezes evenly.
When close to frozen, cut cookie dough bar into chunks and roll like tiny balls.
Mix cookie dough well into ice cream and allow to finish freezing.
When ready to eat, set out to thaw a little. Then scoop in and enjoy!
