1 bread bite
3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Paleo flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of sea salt
3 TBS unsweetened applesauce
9 TBS water
3 tsp honey
Set oven to 350 and grease mini muffin baking pan well.
Combine all ingredients, but add water slowly while mixing.
Once runny batter is formed, put about 1/2 TBS batter in each muffin tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and use a fork or knife as a mini spatula to pop each one out.
Load up your soup/chili the healthy way and enjoy!
