INGREDIENT LIST
Serves 8
2 lbs. top round steak
1 jalepeno (optional)
1/4 yellow onion, diced
1 cup salsa
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Dash of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS

Turn on crockpot or instant pot for desired cooking time.
*I wanted this done fast, so I did 30 minutes in pressure cooker. -
Cut top round into four large pieces, place in pot, sprinkle with spices and add in onion, green onion and jalapeno.
*Cutting into large pieces allows it to cook through more evenly. -
Once the meat begins to brown, take out and shred.

Place shredded meat back in pot and add salsa.

Stir all ingredients well and allow meat to finish cooking. Enjoy!
