2 lbs. chicken breast
1.5 tsp dried basil
1 cup marinara
2 tsp. minced garlic cloves
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1/4th yellow onion, diced
Cut chicken into large chunks and place in crockpot.
Put in marinara, basil, onion, and garlic and stir well into chunks of chicken.
Cook on high 2.5 hours or low for 5 hours.
Once fully cooked, remove from crockpot and liquids and shred.
Place shredded chicken into large bowl, add cheese and mix one final time. Enjoy!
