1 fat & 1/2 protein serving
5 oz. can tuna or chicken
5 large grapes, cut in 4
1 TBS slivered almonds
1/2 large avocado dash of salt and pepper
1 TBS yellow onion
Place tuna, grapes and onion into a bowl. Before adding, mash avocado.
Mix together tuna, grapes, onion and avocado until a creamy mixture is formed.
Add almonds, salt and pepper and mix one last time.
Delicious when paired with fresh cucumber slices as pictured or can be stored in the refrigerator for later. Enjoy!
