INGREDIENT LIST

5 oz. can tuna or chicken

5 large grapes, cut in 4

1 TBS slivered almonds

1/2 large avocado dash of salt and pepper

1 TBS yellow onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place tuna, grapes and onion into a bowl. Before adding, mash avocado.

  • Mix together tuna, grapes, onion and avocado until a creamy mixture is formed.

  • Add almonds, salt and pepper and mix one last time.

  • Delicious when paired with fresh cucumber slices as pictured or can be stored in the refrigerator for later. Enjoy!
