1 fat serving & 1/2 protein serving
16 hardboiled egg yolk
5 hardboiled egg whites
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
3 TBS plain So Delicious yogurt
2 TBS mustard
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Begin by separating hardboiled egg yolk from egg white. Put in separate bowls.
After that is done, cook bacon fully and set aside. Save bacon grease.
In the bowl with the egg yolk, mash with avocado, mustard and yogurt. Make sure avocado or egg yolk is no longer chunky.
Add in pepper and paprika and mix well again.
Dice egg white and add to egg yolk mix with chopped green onion, bacon and bacon grease.
Give one final mix with all ingredients and chill for at least an hour. Enjoy!
