INGREDIENT LIST
Serves: 9
1 cup gluten free baking flour (can use regular too)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 large banana
2 TBS honey
2 TBS mini chocolate chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash of sea salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven to 350 and grease an 8x8 baking or glass pan well.

In a large mixing bowl, begin by mixing flour, applesauce, eggs, honey, cinnamon, salt and cocoa powder.

Mash banana and mix into batter well.

Add mini chocolate chips and almond milk and give batter one final mix until chocolate chips are distributed.

Pour batter into baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Stick tooth pick in the middle to check when done.

Allow to cool, cut into 9 squares and enjoy!
