INGREDIENT LIST

1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour

1 egg

1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp dried basil

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients first.

  • Add in egg and Greek yogurt and begin to mix. 

    • This will take a bit as it is like kneading dough. ​

  • Once flour is completely mixed well and you have a large dough ball, divide into four dough balls.

    • If you want larger flatbread, do three dough balls. ​

  • Lightly flour surface and gently roll out dough ball into long thin oval shape.

  • On a skillet, cook flatbread on medium high heat. Allow to lightly brown on one side and then flip to cook other. 

    • You do not need to spray pan. The flour allows it to not stick. ​

  • Add desired toppings and enjoy!
