1 flatbread (no toppings)
1.5 carb serving
1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil
In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients first.
Add in egg and Greek yogurt and begin to mix.
This will take a bit as it is like kneading dough.
Once flour is completely mixed well and you have a large dough ball, divide into four dough balls.
If you want larger flatbread, do three dough balls.
Lightly flour surface and gently roll out dough ball into long thin oval shape.
On a skillet, cook flatbread on medium high heat. Allow to lightly brown on one side and then flip to cook other.
You do not need to spray pan. The flour allows it to not stick.
Add desired toppings and enjoy!
