1/2 fat & 1 protein serving
3 lbs. chicken
6 slices bacon, nitrate free
3 TBS coconut aminos
1 TBS olive oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
Fire up grill and cut chicken breast in half for 4 oz. portions.
Season chicken with desired seasonings. We just use salt and pepper. The sauce gives it the flavor at the end.
Wrap bacon around chicken and secure with toothpick.
Grill chicken until both it and bacon are fully cooked.
While that is cooking, place all remaining ingredients in a small blender or food processor for sauce.
Blend until smooth consistency forms and then set aside until chicken is done.
Removed toothpicks from chicken and top with one heaping tablespoon of hawaiian sauce. Enjoy!
