2 lightly salted rice cakes
2 TBS sugar free pasta or pizza sauce (I recommend Muir Glen)
2-3 TBS Horizon shredded cheese.
Pack each item in their own container.
Add fruit or veggies for additional calories. Can also top with a healthy protein.
Send kid off to school.
