2 fat & 2 protein servings
10 chicken legs
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 TBS olive oil
1 TBS honey
Dash of black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
Set instant pot to manual for 13 minutes.
Make honey mustard sauce by mixing all ingredients together and coat chicken legs in pot.
**13 minutes is the cooking time. Does not include instant pot coming to pressure.
Once the time is up, allow "natural" pressure release. Do not use the venting valve.
Feel free to top with the sauce after cooking and enjoy!
