INGREDIENT LIST

1 bag Steamers cauliflower rice
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
3 TBS salsa
INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven to 350 and grease baking sheet well.

Steam cauliflower for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour all ingredients. Mix until "pasty meat" forms.

Use 1/2 cup "meat" to form patty. See **notes below.

Bake for 25 minutes until fully done. If you want crispier, bake about 5 minutes longer.

Allow burgers to fully cool and gently use a spatula to remove from baking sheet.

This goes great with the avocado ranch dressing, guacamole or more salsa on top!

**Notes:
-
These are very soft when forming patties and can be crumbly after baking. Since they are grain free, they do not hold together like a normal burger, so use soft cooking hands as I say ;) But they are DELICIOUS!
