1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 can rotel tomatoes

1/4 medium avocado

1/2 cup canned coconut milk lite

1/2 tsp paprika

Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large skillet, cook meat fully with paprika, salt, garlic and tomatoes.

  • While cooking, blend coconut milk and avocado until smooth, creamy sauce forms.

  • Once meat is fully cooked, add cream sauce and enjoy!
