1 lbs. 95% ground beef
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 can rotel tomatoes
1/4 medium avocado
1/2 cup canned coconut milk lite
1/2 tsp paprika
Pinch of salt
In a large skillet, cook meat fully with paprika, salt, garlic and tomatoes.
While cooking, blend coconut milk and avocado until smooth, creamy sauce forms.
Once meat is fully cooked, add cream sauce and enjoy!
