2/3 cup rolled oats

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup peanut butter

Dash of sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

2 TBS mini chocolate chips

1 TBS honey

Fruit of choice 

7 kabob sticks


  • In a large mixing bowl, begin by mixing all ingredients except fruit and mini chocolate chips.

    • It will be tough at first, but make sure oats really get mixed well with peanut butter so they are not too sticky.​

  • Add mini chocolate chips and mix well one last time.

  • To make each energy bite, scoop out 1/2 TBS batter and roll into a little ball. Set aside until all 21 are made.

  • Time to use that fruit! Grab your kabob stick and put one energy bite on, then 2-3 pieces of fruit.

    • Alternate until 3 energy bites are on one kabob stick.

  • Either eat right away or store in refrigerator.
