For 1 Slice
1/2 carb & 1 fat serving
1 cup nut butter of choice (I used almond in the picture)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Dash of cinnamon
2 tsp honey
Set oven to 350 and lightly grease a regular size bread loaf baking pan.
Heat nut butter for about 45 seconds until well melted.
Add egg, baking soda and cinnamon and mix well. It may take a while for the egg to get completely combined, but it does, trust me!
Pour batter into bread pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Allow to cool and then top with 2 tsp honey.
Store in the freezer or refrigerator for later.
