1 cup nut butter of choice (I used almond in the picture)

3 eggs

1/2 tsp baking soda

Dash of cinnamon

2 tsp honey

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set oven to 350 and lightly grease a regular size bread loaf baking pan.

  • Heat nut butter for about 45 seconds until well melted.

  • Add egg, baking soda and cinnamon and mix well. It may take a while for the egg to get completely combined, but it does, trust me!

  • Pour batter into bread pan and bake for 35 minutes.

  • Allow to cool and then top with 2 tsp honey.

  • Store in the freezer or refrigerator for later.
