INGREDIENT LIST

16 minis or 8 regular

 

1 cup almond flour
1 egg
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup blueberries
1/4 cup honey
3 TBS water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oven to 350 and line muffin tin with muffin liners

  • Combine flour, egg, egg whites and vanilla

  • Add in baking soda, sea salt and honey after that.

  • Thoroughly mix and then slowly add water to make a little thinner

  • Finally, add the blueberries and mix one last time

  • Add 1-2 tablespoons into each mini muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.

  • Allow to cool before removing muffin liner and enjoy!
