1/2 carb & 1/2 fat serving
16 minis or 8 regular
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup blueberries
1/4 cup honey
3 TBS water
Heat oven to 350 and line muffin tin with muffin liners
Combine flour, egg, egg whites and vanilla
Add in baking soda, sea salt and honey after that.
Thoroughly mix and then slowly add water to make a little thinner
Finally, add the blueberries and mix one last time
Add 1-2 tablespoons into each mini muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing muffin liner and enjoy!
