1/4 cup coconut flour
8 egg whites
1 tsp garlic powder
Taco Meat Ingredients:
1 lbs. 96% lean ground beef
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
Mix all ingredients together until forming a smooth batter.
*The coconut flour will appear chunky at first, but just keep mixing and it will become smooth.
Grease a skillet pan with either olive or coconut oil and spoon 3 tablespoons of batter in a circle on the pan in the shape of a tortilla.
*Make sure you do not have any holes.
Cook until batter is no longer doughy and can be flipped. Flip once to make sure tortilla is fully cooked.
*This recipe should make 8 small tortillas.
Cook beef until there is no longer any pink
Drain juices. Then add spices and add back to stove for a little heat on medium until spices are evenly coated.
