INGREDIENT LIST

1/4 cup almond flour

3/4 cup coconut flour

3 eggs

1/2 banana

2 TBS honey

125g or 1 cup chopped zucchini

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp baking powder

Dash of sea salt

2 tsp vanilla 

1/4 cup water 

1/4 cup egg white 

 

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Set oven to 350 and lightly grease small bread pan

  • Put all ingredients in a blend or food processor and blend until zucchini is only small crumb like pieces. 

  • Pour batter into bread pan (it is thick) and smooth out on top.

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy! 

  • **Nuts are optional. If adding, mix separately after blending batter, not in food processor.
