INGREDIENT LIST

Makes 2 1/2 Cups

 

1 medium peach

2 large tomatoes

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 small yellow onion

1 tsp basil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp cayenne (add more for spice intensity)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. This is restaurant style salsa, so if you want it chunky like pico, junk pulse versus blend.

  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes for spices to marinate. Serve and enjoy!
