PECAN PIE ENERGY BITES
(Per energy bite)
1 fat serving
1/2 rolled oats
3/4 cup almond butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 TBS chopped pecans
2 TBS honey
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Dash of sea salt
Start by mixing honey, oats, vanilla and almond butter. Mix until oats are well combined into nut butter
Add in protein powder slowly and continue mixing. It may seem dry at first, but this will whole them together well. Keep mixing.
Add spices, salt and pecans to mix one more time.
Use a tablespoon to scoop and roll 15 energy bites.
Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
