INGREDIENT LIST

1/2 rolled oats

3/4 cup almond butter

2 tsp vanilla

2 TBS chopped pecans

2 TBS honey

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Dash of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start by mixing honey, oats, vanilla and almond butter. Mix until oats are well combined into nut butter

  • Add in protein powder slowly and continue mixing. It may seem dry at first, but this will whole them together well. Keep mixing. 

  • Add spices, salt and pecans to mix one more time.

  • Use a tablespoon to scoop and roll 15 energy bites. 

  • Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
