20 oz. top sirloin

1.5 lbs baby yellow potatoes

3 small green bell peppers

1 yellow onion

5 eggs

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 TBS olive oil

Sea salt



  • Set oven to 350 and lightly grease baking sheet.

  • Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and toss in olive oil and sea salt.

  • Lay out on baking sheet and cook for 1 hour.

  • While potatoes are cooking, thinly slice peppers and onion into long, fajita like strips.

  • Lightly grease skillet and cook until onions are caramelized. Set aside in large mixing bowl.

  • In the same skillet, regrease and scramble eggs until fully cooked.

  • Once done, add them to the same mixing bowl.

  • Finally, cut steak into thin slices and season with garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and pepper.

  • Saute until fully cooked. (You can choose how "rare" you like it)

  • Add to the large mixing bowl of cooked items as well.

  • When potatoes are finally done, add to the bowl and mix all ingredients together.

  • Allow to cool and enjoy!
