INGREDIENT LIST
Serves 5
20 oz. top sirloin
1.5 lbs baby yellow potatoes
3 small green bell peppers
1 yellow onion
5 eggs
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven to 350 and lightly grease baking sheet.

Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and toss in olive oil and sea salt.

Lay out on baking sheet and cook for 1 hour.

While potatoes are cooking, thinly slice peppers and onion into long, fajita like strips.

Lightly grease skillet and cook until onions are caramelized. Set aside in large mixing bowl.

In the same skillet, regrease and scramble eggs until fully cooked.

Once done, add them to the same mixing bowl.

Finally, cut steak into thin slices and season with garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and pepper.

Saute until fully cooked. (You can choose how "rare" you like it)

Add to the large mixing bowl of cooked items as well.

When potatoes are finally done, add to the bowl and mix all ingredients together.
