1 carb & 1/2 protein serving
1 cup ice
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 heaping cup (3 oz.) sweet potato, cooked, peeled and cut
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until sweet potato and ice is completely smooth.
*If you want it thicker, add more ice.
Serve with a slice of pineapple on the side for fun and enjoy!
