1 large spaghetti squash, cooked

2.5 oz (1/2 pack) Applegate pepperoni, diced

5 oz. mozzarella (fresh is best)

1 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup yellow onion, chopped

1 cup marinara sauce, sugar free

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp minced garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oven to 350 and cook spaghetti squash for 45 to an hour depending on size.

  • After spaghetti squash is prepared, mix with pepperoni pieces, pepper, onion, spices, garlic and sauce.

  • Place in a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes still at 350.

  • Remove from oven and place mozzarella on top of casserole (like the picture above) and bake until melted.

  • Allow to cool and enjoy!
