Serves 4

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup raw cashews (can sub any nut for both)

1.5 TBS honey

6 grinds of sea salt

4 Nick's Sticks jerky

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix nuts, honey and sea salt until coated well with honey.

  • All ovens are different, but these do not take long AT ALL to toast. Toast until nuts are slightly browned.

  • While toasting, cut Nick's Sticks into bit size pieces.

  • After done roasting, pour immediately back into mixing bowl and mix with jerky so it becomes lightly coated with honey. 

  • Allow to cool and enjoy or store for later.
