7 TBS coconut flour
3 TBS almond flour
2 eggs
2 TBS honey
1/2 banana, mashed
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 cup liquid egg white
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
Dash of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven to 350 and lightly grease bread pan.

Start by mixing all ingredients except pumpkin puree together. Make sure coconut flour and banana is not clumpy and creates thick, smooth batter.

Add pumpkin puree and mix one more time.

Evenly spread batter in bread pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
