7 TBS coconut flour

3 TBS almond flour

2 eggs

2 TBS honey

1/2 banana, mashed

2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp pumpkin spice

1/4 cup liquid egg white

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

Dash of sea salt 

 

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Set oven to 350 and lightly grease bread pan.

  • Start by mixing all ingredients except pumpkin puree together. Make sure coconut flour and banana is not clumpy and creates thick, smooth batter.

  • Add pumpkin puree and mix one more time.

  • Evenly spread batter in bread pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. 

  • Allow to cool before cutting. Enjoy all my #basic friends!
