INGREDIENT LIST

Serves 8

1 pint blueberries

1 lbs strawberries, cut in fourths

1-6 oz. vanilla yogurt (I used Kite Hill dairy free)

1/4 cup slivered almonds

1/4 cup cashews

3 TBS shredded coconut

1/2 TBS honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Dash of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set oven to broil and lay out sheet of parchment paper.

  • Make granola by adding nuts, coconut, honey, cinnamon and sea salt to a bowl.

  • Mix until honey is well combined with nuts.

  • Spread out on parchment paper and bake. **This takes about 2 minutes MAX, so watch it until slightly browned.

  • Place blueberries, cut strawberries and yogurt into a large mixing bowl. Stir until fruit it well coated in yogurt.

  • Add in granola and mix one more time.

  • Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for later yumminess!
