INGREDIENT LIST
Serves 3-4
Ingredients (pork tenderloin):
1 lbs. lean pork tenderloin
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp basil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
Ingredients (brussel sprouts):
1.25 lbs brussel sprouts
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 medium avocado, ripe
1 TBS sriracha
1.5 TBS coconut aminos
/2 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven to broil and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Lightly coat brussel sprouts with coconut oil. -Cook until edges are brown and crispy.

While brussel sprouts are cooking, mash avocado and then add remaining ingredients.

Stir until smooth, saucy paste is formed.

When brussel sprouts are finished, I personally like to cut each one in half to feed more.

Add sauce and mix until evenly coated.
