INGREDIENT LIST

Serves 3-4

Ingredients (pork tenderloin):

1 lbs. lean pork tenderloin
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp basil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme

Ingredients (brussel sprouts):
1.25 lbs brussel sprouts
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 medium avocado, ripe
1 TBS sriracha
1.5 TBS coconut aminos
/2 tsp garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set oven to broil and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  • Lightly coat brussel sprouts with coconut oil. -Cook until edges are brown and crispy.

  • While brussel sprouts are cooking, mash avocado and then add remaining ingredients.

  • Stir until smooth, saucy paste is formed.

  • When brussel sprouts are finished, I personally like to cut each one in half to feed more.

  • Add sauce and mix until evenly coated.
