INGREDIENT LIST

Ingredients (Smoothie)

1/2 banana

1/4 large avocado

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/4-1/3 cup milk of choice (I used almond)

5-6 ice cubes

 

Ingredients (Grain-free granola)

3 TBS slivered almonds

1 TBS shredded coconut

1/2 tsp honey

Dash of sea salt

Dash of cinnamon

1 tsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Begin by preparing the granola.

  • Set oven to broil.

  • Make sure coconut oil is melted and mix all granola ingredients together.

  • Spread granola on parchment paper and toast. This only takes about 1-2 minutes so keep an eye on them!

  • In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients.

  • I would start with 1/4 cup milk and add as you go to determine the thickness you would like.

  • Top with cooled granola and enjoy!
