1 carb, 1/2 fat & 1/2 protein serving
1/2 carb & 1 fat serving
1/4 large avocado
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4-1/3 cup milk of choice (I used almond)
5-6 ice cubes
Ingredients (Grain-free granola)
3 TBS slivered almonds
1 TBS shredded coconut
1/2 tsp honey
Dash of sea salt
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
Begin by preparing the granola.
Set oven to broil.
Make sure coconut oil is melted and mix all granola ingredients together.
Spread granola on parchment paper and toast. This only takes about 1-2 minutes so keep an eye on them!
In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients.
I would start with 1/4 cup milk and add as you go to determine the thickness you would like.
Top with cooled granola and enjoy!
