INGREDIENT LIST

1 cup shredded cheese
2 lbs 95% ground beef
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups lettuce
Taco spices of choice
**We use Flavor God Taco Tuesday 6 TBS guacamole 3 cups steamed cauliflower rice or regular rice, cooked
INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven to 350 and lightly grease 9x13-baking dish.

Mix beef with taco spices of choice and layer beef across bottom of baking sheet covering the entire bottom.

Mix salsa and onion with cooked rice and layer on top of beef.

Finally, top with cheese and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until beef is done.

Out of the oven or when eating, top with 1/4 cup lettuce and 1 TBS guacamole.
