1 cup shredded cheese

2 lbs 95% ground beef

1/2 cup salsa

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 1/2 cups lettuce

Taco spices of choice
**We use Flavor God Taco Tuesday 6 TBS guacamole 3 cups steamed cauliflower rice or regular rice, cooked


  • Set oven to 350 and lightly grease 9x13-baking dish.

  • Mix beef with taco spices of choice and layer beef across bottom of baking sheet covering the entire bottom.

  • Mix salsa and onion with cooked rice and layer on top of beef.

  • Finally, top with cheese and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until beef is done.

  • Out of the oven or when eating, top with 1/4 cup lettuce and 1 TBS guacamole.
