1 lbs. chicken breast

4 hard taco shells

1/2 tsp salt

2 TBS olive oil

2 eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheese


  • If you bought chicken breast, cut into chicken tender size strips. For proper portions above, you should have 8 strips from cutting chicken breast.

  • In a food processor or blender, blend up taco shells and salt until you get fine crumbs. 

  • Whisk up eggs in a bowl large enough to dip tenders in and spread taco shell crumbs on a large plate.

  • Heat olive oil on skillet between high and medium-high temperature. 

  • Dip chicken in egg first and then coat with crumbs. 

  • Place on skillet and allow to fully cook on one side.​​

    • When done, flip and finish fully cooking chicken. ​

  • When chicken is getting close to done, top with cheese and cooke until melted.
