1.5 lbs 99% ground turkey

1 lbs sweet potato, peeled and diced

1 lbs cauliflower florets

1/3 cup coconut aminos

1 TBS honey

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1.5 TBS olive oil

Pinch of sea salt

1 tsp dried thyme


  • Set oven to 350 and lightly grease either one large baking sheet or two medium.

  • Start by mixing garlic powder, thyme and 1/2 tsp salt into ground turkey.

  • Form 15 meatballs that are about golf ball size. Place on baking sheet.

  • If sweet potato is not already peeled and diced, do so, and toss with cauliflower, olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.

  • Bake meatballs and sweet potato/cauliflower for 30 minutes.

  • While food is in the oven, make teriyaki sauce by mixing coconut aminos, honey and minced garlic well. Make sure honey is not stuck to bottom of dish.

  • Take out meatballs and broil sweet potatoes and cauliflower for about 3-5 minutes until cauliflower is slightly browned.

  • Finally, in a large bowl, mix meatballs with teriyaki sauce first and then add the sweet potato/cauliflower. Enjoy!
