1 lbs shrimp

1/4 cup olive oil

1 TBS coconut aminos

1 TBS peanut butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 cup yellow onion, diced

2 cups cabbage mix

8 street size corn tortillas 


  • In a small mixing bowl, make sauce with olive oil, coconut aminos, peanut butter and spices. Mix until well combined and peanut butter is smooth. 

  • Put shrimp and onion in a quart or gallon size zip lock bag. Make sure shrimp is coated well with sauce and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.

  • When ready to grill, make a large foil packet to pour shrimp in. Place 2 cups of cabbage mix in foil and then pour shrimp and sauce over it. Grill until shrimp is fully cooked. 

    • You can sauce this if you would like as well.​

  • Remove foil pack from grill (watch out for dripping), set up your taco station and enjoy!
