INGREDIENT LIST

1/4 cup almonds
3 TBS dried cranberries or raisins
3 TBS sunflower seeds, no shell
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
1 scoop chocolate protein
Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS

In a large mixing bowl, combine sunflower seeds, peanut butter, dried fruit, salt and 1/2 scoop of protein.

Mix until well combined. This should still be very sticky.

In a food processor or blender, blend almonds until they are tiny pieces.
**Feel free to buy them already this way if you'd like. -
Add almonds pieces and other 1/2 scoop of protein.

Stir until protein no longer appears as powder and the mixture is more thick than creamy.

Make energy bites with 1 TBS batter each. Roll into balls, place in container and allow hardening in freezer.

Store in refrigerator or freezer and enjoy!
