1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Paleo Flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

5-7 drops stevia

1 TBS unsweetened applesauce

3 TBS water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients together until thin batter is formed.

  • Lightly grease skillet and make two pancakes about 4" each.

  • Allow to cook on one side until edges begin to fluff and bubble.

  • Flip and cook until other side is done.

  • Top with favorite (healthy) toppings and enjoy!
