1 carb serving
1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Paleo Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
5-7 drops stevia
1 TBS unsweetened applesauce
3 TBS water
Mix all ingredients together until thin batter is formed.
Lightly grease skillet and make two pancakes about 4" each.
Allow to cook on one side until edges begin to fluff and bubble.
Flip and cook until other side is done.
Top with favorite (healthy) toppings and enjoy!
